Try incorporating a 10-30 minute walk into your day, make it a part of your morning routine, your lunch break or as a way to wind down the evening after dinner with your family. Adding movement doesn’t need to be strenuous or hard, it’s as simple as getting up and taking a few steps.
Simple step number three, get adjusted. Our spine and nervous system work in harmony together which allows us to perform at our best and feel good.
